All orders are ready for pick-up or shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada within 10 business days after you place your order.

We are happy to provide FREE local pickup in SE Calgary. We offer two different time slots for you to pick up your items locally:

• Monday and Friday evenings from 4pm - 7pm

If these times do not work for you, please contact us to arrange a time for pickup.

We also offer the following shipping options for your convenience:

• Standard Untracked Shipping through Canada Post (5-10 business days)
• Standard Tracked Shipping through Canada Post (5-8 business days)
• Express Shipping through Canada Post (3-5 business days)
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days) through FedEx Express Service
• Standard International Shipping through Canada Post (3-4 weeks)

Due to the nature of all of our products, for hygienic reasons, Love My Life Boutique Inc. has an ALL SALES FINAL policy on all of our products. To ensure the safety of our customers, our products are manufactured and packaged in a clean, pet free, smoke free environment. It is our policy to ensure that every product you receive from us is brand new, never opened and perfectly fresh for your baby.

Any products that are found to be defective through no fault of your own are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. At its own discretion, Love My Life Boutique Inc. will grant you a refund or exchange your defective item upon viewing the image of the flaw. It is your responsibility to ensure the image provided is clear and well lit to enable us to view the issue. No products will be exchanged for a different style, pattern, or design.

We currently only ship our products to locations throughout Canada.

When can I expect to receive my order?
​We process each order within 10 business days. Once we ship your package, its arrival is dependent on the shipping method you chose. We do not guarantee any shipping times as it is out of our hands. 

Where do your items come from?
​theONEcovers are lovingly designed by Evangeline and handmade in Calgary, Alberta, Canada by a team of moms. We import our fabrics from Asia and many of our prints are unique to us as they've been hand drawn by Evangeline or done in collaboration with artists around the world. 

Love My Baby Chewelry are handmade by Evangeline in her home office in Calgary, Alberta Canada with imported materials.

Love My Baby Bandana Bibs are mostly handmade to Evangeline's specifications in different factories around the world that provide families with jobs. Some of our more unique bibs are lovingly designed by Evangeline and handmade in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Other products that are not designed by Evangeline are sourced from factories, companies, or wholesalers in Asia, Europe and the USA.

When placing the car seat in the vehicle, remove THEONECOVER™  so the child is visible. Never leave your child unattended with THEONECOVER™  in use. When using as a sun shade, never leave the child in a completely enclosed stroller in the heat or under the sun. Remove the cover to allow air flow. Do not leave your child unattended in the shopping cart, high chair or baby swing. Always buckle your child to ensure their safety.

Your baby’s safety is our #1 priority. All chewelry necklaces and bracelets are designed and made to be worn by adults. Pacifier clips are made to be worn by infants while being supervised. Never leave a baby or child unattended while using or wearing teething accessories.

Beads, clasps, clips, and cords contain small parts that may be a choking hazard. Inspect all chewelry, pacifier clips and teethers before each use. At first sign of wear, the item must be discarded.
